1) Orders damaged or incorrectly filled: 

               We will replace and ship via origional method, at no additional cost to the buyer.  Faster delivery fees will be charged to the buyer.  A shipping credit will be issued for items shipped back to us. 

2) Orders involving cancellations or changes on completed orders not yet shipped: 

               a) A $10 redo fee will be charged for a wood change on a non-figurine urn order. 

               b) A $15 redo fee will be charged for a plate change. 

               c) A $20 redo fee will be charged for a wood or figurine change involving a figurine urn order.

3) For all other returns:

               We will refund the invoiced amount of items returned UNDAMAGED less a $10 restocking fee.
